Everything else was great, but the air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy. It kept me awake all night, and I had to wear earplugs just to get some sleep. On top of that, the cold air was blowing directly onto my head.

There are many rental apartments nearby, mainly for children to study abroad. The hotel is very close to the Anacostia River in Washington, D.C., and there is an open park by the river. The hotel provides free bottled water in the refrigerator at the front desk every day, and no one checks the card for breakfast. The room has an induction cooker and an apartment-style workbench, but no windows that can be opened. The streets are wide and clean, worthy of being the capital. White people can be seen walking leisurely with their dogs from time to time, unlike the narrow streets in Seattle where black homeless people can be seen on the street corners from time to time. The sense of security here has increased.

I learned there was no available parking upon arrival, and the nearest overnight lot was 5 blocks away. What a great start to a trip! Also, the tv did not work (the low bandwidth made the picture unwatchable), unfriendly staff, poor quality breakfast (the waffles had been plastered with sugar), and a frustrating elevator that ran past our floor on several occasions. Needless to say, we are never coming back!

New hotel, close to the ball park. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast is ok with some basic offerings and what you would expect here. Parking is expensive, however I don’t think you can avoid that in this area. I would stay here again without hesitation for another game.

This hotel was a great spot for our event at the Nationals Park. It was only a 4 minute walk that was very easy to go figure out.

We recommend considering alternative options.
While the hotel's proximity to the stadium was convenient, the overall experience was quite disappointing. Despite requesting room cleaning on three separate occasions, the service was not provided. Furthermore, the breakfast unfortunately led to food poisoning. Considering the nightly rate of approximately $900, the value was not commensurate with the quality of service received. To add to the issues, the in-room telephones were non-functional, and we discovered trash in the room. We will not be returning.

Friendly staff, great location, and clean rooms, all made this a nice stay. We had a family suite and the full kitchen made things very convenient. I will definitely stay there next time I visit DC.
