The front desk service was excellent. Upon check-in, I met a nice, black man who spoke Chinese. The hotel is located in Chinatown, across from the subway station. While there were homeless people at the station entrance, there were also police officers on duty, so security was a concern. The room was small, and a 28-inch suitcase wouldn't fully expand, making it suitable for business trips or short trips with minimal luggage.
