Best 1 one night stay ever!
What an absolutely fantastic place! The customer service is top-notch, with such empathetic and thoughtful staff that make you feel right at home. The environment is spotless and incredibly comfortable, and I absolutely love how they've incorporated air purifiers and humidifiers throughout! It's a breath of fresh air—literally!place. It’s just quiet and lovely and comfortable and oh my God the total shower experience with the whole bathroom was like Can-live-here One of the nicest places -!I only stayed the night, but I will stay again. If couks give up place live there - Yes I would.

This was our second stay at Swann House. It's worth every penny. The house is beautiful, the room,#8, was large, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom had a spa tub/shower. The breakfast was delicious. Pastry, fruit, yogurt, cereal granola. And you can order eggs to be made while you wait. Perfect! Christine was just lovely as was the rest of the staff that we encountered. Very accommodating. It's quiet and in a great neighborhood. The value compared to nearby hotels can't be beaten. We look forward to our next stay at Swann House.

Great overall experience. Very helpful, beautiful house and terrific breakfast and loved the area. I was going to a conference at the convention center and would have had to pay a lot more money for a hotel in the area and instead took a short taxi ride to the Swann House and found myself in a beautiful home and in a beautiful area that met was so much better than being in a hotel room

Swann House is a beautiful older mansion that immediately feels like home. Great location in a friendly neighborhood and only a short walk to the dynamic Dupont Circle and the METRO. (Check out Kramer books and restaurant!) Christine is a friendly and gracious host who really makes you feel welcome and works to accommodate any needs, such as avoiding eggs at breakfast for us (because of an allergy), or a surprise snack to end a long day. The house is a wonderful mix of period and modern. We spent our week in RM 6, an eclectic room on the third level. It was a different and delightful space, with a clawfoot tub and skylight. This is our second stay. We will be back!

My daughter got married at Swann House and the team made it a perfect experience! Kristine, Meg, Kate and Rico were very kind and exceeded our every request. The hotel is stunningly renovated and every room has its own ambience. The continental breakfast had tasty variations each day. We could not have asked for more! Highly recommend!
