Fabulous 2 night stay at the Westin. This hotel has everything for both a business or family booking. The room was incredibly large for a city hotel. If you are a Bonvoy member, the WiFi is free. Complementary water and coffee are a nice touch. The valet parking was efficient. Check in was a breeze.

I have stayed at numerous Westin hotels around the world and never encountered one without food & beverage service between 10:30 am and 4pm . I should have read the description closer- “ start each day with a nourishing breakfast and return for dinner” ie NO LUNCH OR BAR SERVICE When inquiring at the front desk I was told they could recommend places to walk for lunch and drinks, but nothing on premises, but the minibar in the room. On the way back to my room, I noticed somebody walking through the hotel with a tray of drinks that looked refreshing. I asked where they got the cocktails.- they were provided by the hotel for a photoshoot for Westin. So much for a relaxing holiday weekend at the hotel with food and drinks. I will give a shout out to the front desk staff. They were very nice and accommodating .

Excellent service, both at reception desk and at the cafe. Excellent location, very close to subway station, and Georgetown shops. Great food. People at front desk were super helpfull. Impecable rooms, great spacious bathroom. great view from my room.

Westin has done a poor job when it comes to in-room comfortness. Small closets, no drawers. I would trade 1000 times a bathtub that no one uses, for some extra space in my closet.
