The hotel has complete facilities, good service attitude, affordable breakfast, convenient location, close to Chinatown, and not far from Capitol Hill, the Library of Congress, the Supreme Court, the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, the White House and other attractions. It is worth recommending.

Hotel was close to Metro and plenty of restaurants. Staff is really friendly and helpful. It was my first time in DC and staying here was a plus.

Their shower faucet is broken. My partner and I had a hard time while showering. Booked for a two night stay but room make up was not allowed. A bit weird for a hotel policy considering we spent at least 2 nights. Also, they say that your credit card deposit didn’t push through even if it did, which results you to having multiple deposits. You have to make time to reach them just to cancel or refund the other deposit (which took weeks).

Pros: friendly staff Cons: NO WIFI. Was given 800 number to troubleshoot myself by front desk; TV in room didn't work; older rooms. Ended up leaving an hour after I checked in to a different hotel nearby.

The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. Shimelis was especially excellent helping us with valet parking and getting our many bags to our room. Check in was quick and we were easily accommodated when we requested a late check out. Breakfast was pretty good with multiple options, but I missed not having bacon available. (I believe they said they ran out, we were there for 4 nights for a very large convention.) The room was clean but the closet was extremely small, so it was tough for 3 people to hang things up. We were happy to see actually towel racks in addition to the hooks on the back of the door.
