This hotel is the most absurd hotel I have ever come across. I booked a total of 4 nights, stayed for one night, and the water was cut off the next day. There was no water to wash in the morning, so I had to use mineral water to wash my face before going out. When I returned to the hotel at 18:00 in the evening, there was still no water. I asked the front desk, and they said they were repairing it, but they didn’t say when it would be repaired. I couldn’t even flush the toilet... How can I live without water? ! ! I applied for a check-out, but they didn’t even charge me the check-out fee. The reason was that the order could not be cancelled, so they would not refund it! ! ! I stayed at this hotel in D.C. because it was next to the women's march that I attended. My only negative was arriving at 2am, there was no obvious area to park my car while checking in.

Worst experience ever.
Room not clean and they gave us a room by the area where they are loaded trucks that I had to woke up early because of the noise.
I complained to the staff for it and they said we will open a case for it and you can tell the website where we booked through them to give me a discount for my stay but it was frustrating to talk to them and the manager always not available or out.
I don’t recommend this hotel at all, it’s a waste of your time and money.

There are no slippers, the curtains cannot be raised or lowered, and the problem was not solved the next day. Mineral water is charged. It is useless except that it is close to the subway and the White House.
