The hotel was clean and generally solid, but the location is not ideal. The service did not meet expectations, as it was difficult to communicate with the staff in English. Out of two elevators, one was out of order due to renovations, and the other malfunctioned twice during my stay. Additionally, the construction work in the hotel started around 8:00 AM, which was quite noisy and disruptive. It also seemed like the staff lacked proper shift handovers or record-keeping, as I felt there was a gap in communication and organization. Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are areas that need significant improvement to provide a better guest experience.

The room is very big. The location is fine. There is a metro station near the hotel. The price is reasonable. The hotel is very new, so facilities are great.

The hotel is well located, very close to downtown and White House. We stayed there for one night and were very happy about the service. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room spacious. Would love stay again if come to Washington.

We arrived at around 2pm and the receptionist let us check in. He’s been helpful. The hotel is under renovation during our stay. If you’re fussy with room cleaning and room maintenance not the perfect hotel for you, toilet exhaust, fridge and aircon during our stay has not been checked and fixed even after multiple times I called and reported. A minimum 20-40 minute walk to National Mall. I find Uber/Lyft cheaper in DC than in NY/LA so whenever we feel tired of walking we just book ‘em.
