Our room was neat, clean, the beds were comfy, the room temp was perfect. Our check in and out went great. We love staying here with easy access to the ******. We are regulars here and enjoy this location.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Clean rooms, clean common areas, breakfast was good especially the potatoes. Short walk to the ******. Hope to come back soon.

Very happy with our stay. We did not realize the walk to the ****** was that far, but the next day talking to the girls up front they told us about the shuttle. We also ate in the restaurant and that was good

I'm doubtful the air filter has ever been changed, the light fixture just inside the door is disgusting; see pictures below - I did mention to the front desk upon my departure, not even an apology! The water in the shower was luke warm at best with very little pressure. If you've got any type of allergies I'd hope you'd find a cleaner air down the road.

Room 407 was INFESTED with bed bugs!!! We tossed our luggage at hotel, showered in another room while all our clothes were put in the hotel high heat dryers. They lined their vacuums up to clean! Bedbugs came out of the mattresses in the middle of the night and was all in the beds & carpet! Chewed my spouse up!!! Gone downhill!!! 160$ for lost luggage & we are traumatized.

See rating comments. We did have higher expectations though given the ****** on premises. For instance - we have stayed at other hotels were we could order an omelet made to order, or had the choice of full service breakfast. Kind of expected that this hotel too would go that extra mile. Still, we were not exactly dissatisfied.
