Lovely hotel. Was upgraded to a privilege room. The rooms are stunning. Balcony door for lovely fresh air and lovely view over the golf course.

Hotel is nice, well equipped and staff are very friendly. Well situated also.

We paid approx £1700 for our wedding celebration - unfortunately a lot of guests did not turn up because of various reasons the hotel decided just to waste all of the food that we had paid for did not ask us what we wanted doing with it never even told us they were shutting the buffet. Tried to charge early book in fees after arranging the early book ins for long distance family travelling - lack of communication. We were told to go and see the room we had booked , had to wait in reception for someone to show us for over 45 mins while we were totally ignored - the customer care at reception in totally unacceptable they are totally understaffed. There was a big event on that weekend and one girl on reception trying to do her best. Avoid at all costs!!

I booked a spa treatment as part of a family vacation at the hotel. I booked and paid in advance (several days in advance!!). When I arrived for my treatment, I was told the Spa was closed. I have requested my refund three times and they have not given my money back!!
