The location of this older inn, is right on the water. It was very clean and due to quiet hours from 10pm-8am, it was very quiet. Check in was easy for all but one couple in our group. There was some confusion at night, with their registration and key cards, but all was settled. Rick greeted all of us in the afternoon and we enjoyed meeting him. No breakfast was offered at this location.

Booked a 2 queen bed room. The front desk closes at 10PM. They called to setbup key pick-up if checking in later than 10PM. Ok. Great. Arrived at 10PM exactly. Got key went to room. Room only had ONE queen bed. No instructions on how to contact anyone. Had to have someone sleep on the floor. Thank goodness we traveled with our own blankets. Not sure why room was changed there was maybe 8 other people at hotel. I suggest calling hotel to confirm room type don't trust your booking

Great stay
Check in was a breeze with a very friendly and helpful staff member. The room was very well appointed and comfy. It was very quiet so my dogs were very calm. Wonderful stay. To note, the Harbor Table restaurant on the property was fantastic.

The bed was very comfortable, the room nice and somewhat spacious. Unfortunately, our room was the 1st one on the hallway. We could hear any conversation in the hallway, next to us or above us, the walls and floor were so thin. Luckily, they have a prominently posted Quiet Policy, so we got a good night's sleep--plus we were there in the winter, so it wasn't full.
The restaurant just across the parking lot looked decent, but we decided to eat somewhere else.
