Solid hotel. The property and room were very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the area around the hotel felt very safe, with parking across the street.

Dream Team at check in Yolanda and Kimmie are great. Hotel is wonderful. Great time great personalities. Feels like home. I was worried with some of the reviews I read but, we are loving it!!!

second time staying at this property and really enjoyed it. The front desk agents are always friendly and the rooms are quiet, I can get work done and relax without disruption

HVAC unit in the rooms was very noisy. No matter what I did using the outdated remote seemed to work. Had to call front desk at 11pm to have someone take a look at it. Walls and ceiling are bare concrete. I know it was an old mill back in the day but didn;t really like the aestetics in the room.

Parking needs improvement. There are not enough spaces for the number of rooms.
