The room was cozy and stylish, with a unique, artistic vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Providence.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I enjoy staying at different properties throughout the Hilton portfolio when I visit a particular area. Recently retired I like to take train trips just to fill my time, and then stay at a hotel before returning the next day. This place looked interesting, given its proximity to a mall and places to eat. So it was that I travelled by Amtrak to Providence, took MBTA to the TF Green Airport station, and then Uber from there to this hotel. The day before my stay, I checked in via the Hilton app and chose my room. The trip there went without a hitch, and I was soon onsite. Despite a little rain, it was easy to walk from the hotel and across the street to the mall, where there was a diverse choice of eateries at which to have dinner. My chosen room seemed to have been recently rehabilitated. It was comfortable and aptly sized for my needs. No problems with WiFi, TV, nor climate control. Bathroom had plenty of space for toiletries and there were no hot water issues. The only negatives were that the room next door was apparently still under renovation as there was a microwave sitting in the hallway for my entire stay. Also, my room's door had loose rubber stripping that was coming off ( I texted this to front desk after I had checked out). Good night of sleep was followed by a quick check-out, and soon I was on my way back to the train station. Overall, I would recommend this place for its convenience and its comforts despite its rustic look.

We stayed here because all the hotels in downtown Providence were full or jacked up their rates for the weekend. This place is about 15-20minutes outside the city- not far but it’s not a walkable neighborhood. Modern, updated, and very clean, it’s a very cool hotel if you like the industrial look (I think it was formerly a mill many years ago) and more streamlined decor and design. They have a nice deck overlooking the river, extending out from the hotel restaurant called Brooks. And it seemed to manage noise from within the hotel, meaning people leaving and entering their rooms was not too loud. That said, our room overlooked the deck and it was a little noisy at night. The lighting in the bathroom is dark. But most of all, I found the bed way too soft to be comfortable (though that seems to be a personal preference as other reviewers seemed to love the beds), and the air conditioner to be incredibly loud. As much as I thought it was a cool hotel, I just don’t know that I can stay here again because I didn’t sleep well.

I stayed here for 3 nights, 3 different rooms. The rooms were nice and the location was nice, but that's about it. I had booked the rooms under a group rate and when I got home and checked my invoice I discovered that did not give me the special rate for all rooms. My bad for not looking at the receipt before I left, but when I tried to call the person in sales afterwards I could not reach her and she never returned my many calls. Very poor customer service and the people at the front desk were no help either. Also during our stay housekeeping never came so we had to ask for clean towels. And one night a party started at almost midnight right below my window (on a Sunday night) - a band was playing and all the guests were loudly singing along. I didn't complain because I didn't want to be a party pooper but now wish I had. Just make sure you don't book the room right above the patio of the restaurant. Also the breakfast omelet with vegetables in it was swimming in oil I couldn't even eat it. Would not stay here again

My wife and I were travelling from Edinburgh, Scotland visiting family in Warwick Rhode Island and we stayed at the Loom Hotel for 8 nights in July 2025. The hotel has been refurbished in a contemporary and eclectic style which we thought was different but also pretty cool. We really liked it! All staff at the reception desk, restaurant and bar were friendly, efficient and always polite and helpful. Room cleaning service and towel changes were done daily and we were happy with the service provided. Overall, Food in the Restaurant was off very good quality, tasty and enjoyable with some nice little twists like fresh/homemade Blueberry & Strawberry Jams at breakfast. The Fish & Chips are noteworthy as the fish batter and chunky fries were just like these would be done back home in Edinburgh, Scotland. Nice one! You can eat in doors in the air conditioned restaurant area or on the outside deck area depending upon your preferences. We also enjoyed drinks in the bar on a few evenings. The hotel offers room service which we did not use. Our room had a very comfortable queen size bed, desk area, storage space for clothes and a quirky shaped bathroom which added to the overall style and appearance of things in the rest of the hotel. The hotel is located close to the Warwick Mall with usual shops and close to an Apple Cinema complex. Apponaug Brewing with a selection of on-site brewed beers, is also close by and walkable from the Hotel. The hotel’s location provides easy access by car to East Greenwich, Narragansett, Providence, Newport etc. Other than walking to the nearby Warwick Mall, Apple Cinema, Apponaug Brewing and Cork & Rye Gastropub we did not walk anywhere else near to the hotel Overall, our experience of staying at the Loom Hotel was great and we would certainly stay again in future when visiting Warwick, RI. Noteworthy details: 1. Staff at the reception desk, restaurant and bar are very friendly and always polite and helpful. We felt nothing was too much trouble. 2. The hotel also has gym with showers and sauna which is great. 3. The hotel’s location provides easy access by car to East Greenwich, Narragansett, Providence, Newport etc. 4. In order to be more eco friendly the hotel services/cleans rooms based upon individual requirements, so you need to request/advise if you want this service provided daily or for example every other day etc. 5. While rooms do not have an in-room fridge as standard this can be provided upon request and promptly delivered to your room
