The room was nice, but we booked two nights and arrived one day late due to a flight delay. The front desk said it was sold out for two days, which was equivalent to wasting money. Fortunately, Ctrip officially solved the problem

I arrived on the afternoon of June 27, and checked in easily. Room 211 had a walk in shower, and a comfortable bed. I slept peacefully every night. And I stayed longer than my previous visit. Breakfast was savory, even if I had to pay for it each morning. Yet the Garden Grill staff were courteous and friendly, as were the front desk staff. I wasn't able to use the pool due to an injury early in my visit. Maybe next time. All things considered, it was great. My only gripe was about the shower, which always left water on the floor despite my best efforts.

Every stay at this property is always perfect. Ideally situated next to the airport (walkable), modern, spotless, and the room are spacious. Also, connected to Iron Works which is an exceptional restaurant. But what really sets this property apart is the staff, namely Darcy, who always goes out of her way to make me and my family feel welcomed and appreciated. We always look forward to seeing Darcy, and it is because of associates like Darcy why we choose to stay with Hilton. Thanks Darcy!!

Jacob was super friendly at the front desk. Yogurt parfait was delightful. I was surprised it is a cashless hotel. The room is spacious and clean. My husband and I enjoyed the fan and amenities. We appreciate how close the hotel is to the airport.

First timer here. Shocked that there was no airport shuttle. I did walk from there to the airport at 4 am. Little scary through the parking garage but I made it. No dinner available at this Garden Inn, rather a local restaurant next door. The room was fine. Staff nice. Would probably stay at the Hampton Inn close by if I travel back here.
