Here We Go Again,Repeat Business Is Best Business, This must Be my 5/6 time at mercure grand warsaw, The Moment you waik in you are warmly greeted by wonderful staff, Hotel is impeccable,Rooms are as always exceptionaly clean, Mercure grand definitely should get gold award for best breakfast in warsaw, They even have champagne for breakfast, Wide choices of great tasting food, Location is the the best ,The street has many restaurants & Bars & extremely safe neighbourhood, Thank you to Joanna ( guest manager)for taking good care of her guests,

Hotel is not bad, comfortable for the neighborhood with Chopin airport. Abundant and good breakfast with various choices and good products. Well reception especially if you check in and check out online. In the neighborhood even stop by public means. Spacious room, a little noisy heating windscreen but decisively to revisit the cleaning, especially in the wardrobe and on the indoor table. Personal experience giovedi23/2 at 13.30 the room was not yet done, the guardian arrived at 14:00 and only behind my insistence she re-taked the room without touching the bed, picked up, very nervously re-taked it

The hotel is just perfect. Located close to main roads, easy to reach by car. There are enough parking places, even underground parking provided (paying). Team is very friendly, even in the bar (lady spoke only Polish). Got a room upgrade to a big suite which was big, stylish with comfy bed (sofa bed was also good enough). Glasses triple glazed, no noise at all! Good selection for breakfast, with good quality. Best porridge I ever had in Poland. Train and bus stops next to hotel, city can be reached in 20 minutes.

The most amazing hotel experience, after leaving a horrendous airbnb at 1am me and my boyfriend went to the Mecure to find a room. Leszek on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in finding an affordable room for us as we are only students. The best customer service I’ve ever received, he was sympathetic to the situation we were in and gave us the best deal possible. The room was lovely and the location is perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
