Very good hotel in my opinion. Just one (for me) didnt like for me, windows you cant oppen… My room was in 17 floor, so view was wonderfur. Room maybe a little bit old, but good: big, with comfortable bed, shower and bath. Fitness centre the best what i saw in my hotel experianse. In hotel is also cassino and a lot of cafe, restaurants. Location very comfortable, you can reach all centrum famous places.

Great service and amenities. Lounge opens for quite a long time. Nice view of the city.

Ok hotel, bit old and in need of refurb , nothing special ,rooms outdated , clean but worn out and some fixture need replacing and fixing , staff very nice. Nothing special and most probably I will choose other hotel on my next visit as value for the money is not there.

Best hotel in warsaw

The location was good and the price was reasonable, but...there were no slippers.

The gym is great and very large with lots of equipment. The swimming pool is also comfortable. The breakfast is rich with many choices. The transportation is convenient, and it is close to attractions and shopping. It takes 20 minutes to get to the airport by taxi.

The room is clean and tidy, there is water in the room, the facilities are complete and clean, the view is wide, the transportation is very convenient for eating, there are many breakfast dishes, very delicious, recommended, will go again

Andrew, the front desk receptionist, speaks fluent Chinese and provides excellent service. Highly recommended! The only downside is that the bed is too small

We lived on the 23rd floor, the view is amazing. Very fast elevator. The room is clean, high-quality internet and plumbing in the shower. There are slippers, a robe, a shower cap. I was especially pleased with the breakfast: fruits (cherries, watermelon, kiwi, melon...), lots of cheeses, sliced ​​meats, fresh juices and bottled sparkling water, quality coffee, cappuccino, tea and much more. We'll be happy to come again.

All just great. The room is clean - cleaning every day. I was very pleased with the professional hairdryer. Breakfast: huge selection, you want to try everything. Delicious. A good bath complex, I just need instructions on how to get to it 😆. The staff is friendly. For such a price, the hotel is just a gift
