Tru by Hilton Warsaw

This was our first time staying at a Tru by Hilton. It was amazing! Very clean room, very comfortable bed/linens. Breakfast was great. If I didn't know better I'd think someone was squeezing fresh oranges for the juice. The western omelet was better than any we have had. Didn't try the pancakes but heard they were amazing also. 👏 kudos to the breakfast staff. Had a nice visit with Jon from the front desk, he is a great asset to Tru by Hilton. Thank you all! We will definitely stay with Tru again and recommend to friends and family.

We have returned to this hotel frequently over the past several years. It is quite new, clean, and a very comfortable stay. Think of it as a European-style, business hotel- not huge or extravagant, but a great place you can look forward to returning to (and recommend to friends). We checked in during a power outage (T-storm) and the front desk lady was smiling, had room keys already ready for us, and offered to help carry our luggage upstairs. What service! (power returned quickly, too). The housekeeping and staff who run the kitchen are great. Seeing the same manager and recognizing some of the staff here over the years must mean something good, too. The only minor negative is the soap by the sink is a squeeze and squirt bottle (you can't just get a little), but we can deal with that.

Clean, staff was nice, lobby area is a good place to hang out. Breakfast was decent but a little sparse.

Excellent experience allows dogs the room was clean and everything. Only thing i didnt like was the fridge wasnt cold enough it was almost warm and there was no microwave in the room but toger than that perfect for my gamily and I.
