Terrible experience. We had a wedding to attend and called the night before to request an early check in. Upon arrival we were told the room wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour and a half. Check in is at 3:00 pm. I went back a little before 3:00 and a very rude front desk attendant told me the room would not be ready at 3:00. We had to be dressed for the wedding and on a shuttle. We had driven several hours. Prompts to a nearby hotel for getting us right in. Hilton, your Hampton Inn front desk attendant blew this one. At the very least she could have had a better attitude and apologized for the inconvenience.
