Quality Inn & Suites Warren - Detroit

The price (using the offer of Trip.com) was great, and what this place was offering for this price was very good. Although this place is a little old, and maybe not maintained as well as possible. Probably the most disappointing part of my stay in this place was the breakfast, which was more like a joke than anything else! You’ll be better off going to McDonalds or Tim Hortons for breakfast!

Great. One of the best for the price. Mostly clean, nice, newer furniture, carpet in Mt specific room. helpful front desk. To get to five stars: get rid all stains: small amount on chair, bed head board, curtains... have external exhaust in the bathroom, stronger internet, outside landscaping, clean stairs carpet. Etc

Made reservations with choice hotel as a preferred member. Placed my credit card for the hold of the room only 5 day stay 2 queen size beds. The card I placed for a hold of the Room was charged at 7 am way before check in at 3 pm, of which I advised the staff I would be doing a late check in . Got to the hotel at 8 pm I told the staff my card was charged the young lady was nice and understanding . She has empathy how I felt with my card being charged ahead of time traveling on the road . She was nice ! Opened the door for my room I had one bed . Someone had changed my reservations. So they charged my card ahead of time without consent then change my reservation. I was upset . Spoke with the GM she said that she charged the card that’s what she do at her hotel for weekends . She was not compassionate , she appeared to say it candidly , nonchalant and unprofessional. Oh well I charged your card and gave you any kind of room . We can charge your room tomorrow to a double . Heck no ma’am I have re cleaned the room . I’m ok ! The room I had smelled musty and smoky. The shower had hair in it . Sheets on the bed was not very clean hair and stain on the sheets . I went to Walmart purchased new sheets for the bed . This hotel rooms families for greater than 30 days and have been considered a full living quarters. Ppl standing outside all day all night . Hallway smells ! Please beware when making reservations ahead of time at this establishment. Your card will be charged if that’s not the card you want charged don’t use it . Management sucks !!!
