This hotel is clean. The hotel breakfast includes waffles. Cereal, oatmeal, coffee,tea. No muffins or bagels. I just wish there was more variety, for breakfast.
On our first day, we didn't get clean towels. We were away all day. We went to the front desk to get clean towels. The lady informed us that we needed to request towels. I was under the impression that housekeeping does this every day. They left an envelope on the desk, in the room with a handwritten note, that had "tips for housekeeping." We did have clean towels, and the garbage emptied after we had to ask for towels.
Customer service has really gone downhill, not just with this hotel, but others as well.

Staying here right now for two nights. I am a long term Diamond level guest and I know what they should be. Room was old. Poorly designed handicap. Lucky I do not really need it. No bath soap provided. Two old towels. Breakfast was a fail. No hot food unless you count waffles that you have to make. No bread or pastries. Had Raisin Bran and Froot Loops. Milk was a gallon jug in the fridge.

My husband and I had to leave early in the morning due to flying ants infestation on our beds and walls. Outside in the rear parking lot, people had a fire going and tables and chairs taken out of an old Lowe’s panel truck. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. No one at front desk at 5 am to voice our dissatisfaction. Later, when we called, they hung up. Put in a dispute with our credit card company. Had booked through Hotels,com.

The room was a huge disappointment. The television didn’t work, the desk clerk told me to unplug it and then plug it back in. It came on but no sound. The A/C couldn’t be adjusted up or down. Their was very hot water and that is the only positive I can say about the stay.

Property needs renovated. Shower curtain rods was rusty and falling out of thd wall. Furnture is old.
