Excellent stay! Beautiful property! Very pleasant staff. Many great dining options nearby. Breakfast also had many options. We did not use the pool, but the area, as well as the outdoor patio space and beautiful pond with waterfall was very nice. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

This is a terrific and modestly priced hotel in a good location. My room was very large, comfortable and immaculate. I had ample work space, many outlets and a good wifi signal. The service ethos at the hotel is first rate, and has been that way for many years. Employees exhibit a genuine desire to make the guest experience a positive one. This is my go to hotel in the Mahoning Valley. I will be returning next month.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and loved it. My husband stayed there about a month ago and he said the same thing very noisy. Whoever stayed above me was jumping up and down. They were dropping stuff on the floor. It was so loud and then I finally went to sleep and they lost power. It was the worst And I’m very disappointed because I’ve stayed there about eight times and it’s been wonderful, but the last two times I’ve been not good. Also, there’s like day workers now that sleep there and they’re in the parking lot drinking and they’re kind of sketchy It makes me not really want to stay there anymore.

This hotel is perfectly fine and worth a stay. The room is clean, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is just fine (recommend the cinnamon buns!) The pool looked great, and the location is perfect for anything you might be doing in the area. It's also pretty quiet, even though it's right on the main drag near a huge mall.

Great hotel!
This was a great stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered us complimentary bottles of water upon checking in. There is a cooler with complimentary ice cream and popsicles and a popcorn machine in the lobby for guests. The room was modestly updated and exceptionally clean. Cleanest bathroom of any of the hotels we have stayed at in the past year. (We travel a lot for sports). Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast bar was included in our stay as well. They offered a great variety of breakfast options from scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, cereal, various breads, bagels and muffins, etc. I would definitely stay here again if we end up in the area.
