Excellent check-in and check out. Comfortable room. Was pleased that I didn't have to fight with a shower curtain. the only thing the room lacked was a bedside lamp. The logo printed cushions on the bed gave a very nice touch!

Very outdated & minimally run feeling. Think 1980’s-90’s heyday. Quite noisy from the road traffic and train. Old building & windows, so we could hear the guest in the next room having a not so pleasant time in the bathroom this morning. $100 average sleep - you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t book again without an extensive renovation.

Unfortunately I have to write a review for this motel, due mainly to the misinformation on this property’s website. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I don’t want anyone else mislead when booking this motel. The photos on the site make the motel look clean and tidy, unfortunately this was not our experience, I am not sure how they received a 4 star rating. On a positive, I will say Heather at reception was very nice and our interaction with her very friendly. The bathroom was clean and there was a large TV and King size bed. Outside of this the room was unclean. The front door seals were poor/ non existent allowing the smoke from the several smokers out side to penetrate the room, the door it self appeared to have been broken and patched up, needing a paint and repair. The curtains had come off the track and didn’t close properly. There was a layer of dust on the head board, and cup and ? stains on the couch, bedside tables and bench. The fridge exterior was disgusting . I am sorry but this is not a four star motel, and not worth the fee charged. It is hard enough when travelling to feel confident that what is sold on the website will truely represent what you get. It’s not good enough, and in this instant we had to pay before arrival, leaving us with no where to go to get a refund!! Be honest people, otherwise you will risk these reviews..and get a good cleaner!!
