The room was tidy, and spacious. The air only goes down to about 66, but it blows like it’s still at about 75. The towels are a bit rough. Didn’t get to utilize any of the amenities due to COVID. However they are there. Outside of checking in and out, I didn’t really need customer service. They were pleasant during both processes though. Other than the air and the towels, my experience was pleasant. I’d recommend staying here.
