I am exhausted and annoyed I was given a joined room and all night long a baby screamed I called front desk and was told no extending check out time.

After the first night we had a certain price and the next morning I was wanting to book the room again and asked if I can book it for the same price they told me no I said well should I go back online to do it and they said they had no control of that if she had a certain price that was about $10 higher at the time and got on her computer while she was talking to me I had to leave and put money in my account in order to pay for it online and once I did the rooms were up and had changed and said online that they have been changed to like almost $20 more to me I felt like she did this and there was plenty of vacancies at the residents and I believe that they took advantage of the fat because I ate excessive amount in her eyes at breakfast yet there was no full occupancy of gas and plenty of rooms I assumed that the rooms would be or reduced to feel them so I had a bad experience there with that outside of that the rooms were nice

Convenient, somewhat clean, BUT needs maintenance
The bed was comfortable but could tell mattress was old and lumpy. There was tares in sheets. The room was clean; however, there was a leak under the sink and I did see a couple of roaches coming from the loose shower valve. The room was NOT secure, I discovered that even with the door completely shut I could just turn the lever and it would open without scanning my access card. Also got woke up about 4:00am due to a drunk guest in room near mine.

Good place to stay but not accessible for everyone
Everything was clean and looked good. However, when I went to check out early in the morning, the lobby was closed, so I asked the person who was standing at the desk and audibly said, "Hello?" twice. (I could see their legs and face, so that meant they could hear me.) That person never came to the window for me to check out. I left my key cards at the window as I was in a rush.

They hit you with more fees when you get there in the middle of the night and when you try to explain it was already paid online, they get very rude. My family stayed at 4 different hotels this trip and none of the others were like this. Also their "hot breakfast" is biscuits and gravy. No eggs, no sausage, nothing else. For cold breakfast there were brown/black bananas and corn flakes or raisin bran. Stay at any of the other hotels nearby it will cost you the same one the hidden fees are added in and the breakfast will be much better.
