Courtyard Warner Robins

I stayed in town for two nights. No room service provided. Called front desk and she informed me had to request it. There was an event downstairs with music playing until midnight. Bass thumping through the walls. For the rate they charge, I do not recommend this hotel.

At my hotel stays, cleanliness is most important to me. I had previously stayed at a country inn in the same town and it did not meet my expectations for cleanliness so I tried the courtyard with a reputation of being high end. False. This was no cleaner than the country inn but cost a substantial amount more. Upon checking in, I found stains on the sheets of both beds and on multiple pillow cases. I asked for new sheets because of this and one of the new sheets had a huge stain on it as well! The bathroom was very dirty as well. The floor had visible dirt and look like it had not been cleaned in a long while or that it was cleaned with a dirty mop. The water in the shower did not come out properly either and took a long time to heat up. Very disappointing. I will not be back to this hotel. Also as a note, they use the bottle shower soap pumps instead of the little individual bottles which is gross. For 200$+ a night you would think they could afford to give me personal, unused bottles of shower soap instead of a refillable pump. Sadly many hotels are switching to this to save their companies money although the price per night still continues to increase.

I had a really nice experience UNTIL WE CHECKED OUT AND LEFT BEHIND SOME PERSONAL PRICEY UNDERGARMENT HANGING ON THE BATHROOM DOOR WE CHECKED OUT AND WAS ABOUT 45 MINS. INTO OUR DRIVE BACK HOME AND CALLED THE HOTEL BACK SO THAT THEY COULD PUT IT A SIDE FOR US AND WE WERE GOING TO DRIVE BACK THE NEXT DAY TO GET IT. BUT WHOEVER CLEANED THAT ROOM STOLE THE ITEM AND SAID THEY NEVER SAW ANYTHING , WHICH I KNOW FOR SURE THEY WERE TELLING A LIE , ,.. SO BECAREFUL THE CLEANING STAFF OR THIEIVES

Overall it was nice. Staff was very nice and courteous. Our room AC didn’t work but we knew they were full and we didn’t want to change rooms after getting in, so we dealt with it and reported it in the morning. I’m sure they took care of it right away.
