The Premier Inn was easy to find and check in was ok but we were behind a large party. The room was up to the usual premier inn standards, very comfy bed and clean bathroom etc. There is not much nearby except a beefeater pub which was alright if nothing special.

Good night rest while travelling to our holiday destination (Forest of Dean). We booked one nkight at the hotel at the start of our holioday to stop for one night an explore the area and have a shorter journey to our holiday at Forest Holidays in Forest of Dean.

Coming to the city for a family funeral we wanted somewhere we could park, where we could get fed, have somewhere to sleep and prepare for / recover from the funeral day. The room, bed, facilities, welcome and staff were great. Staff were outstanding in helpfulness and assistance but the food and restaurant service at the end of a long day of travelling were disappointing. Slow service, missing orders, unobtainable meals and mischarged items meant we went into town on the second night rather than face the restaurant facilities again. Don't try the 'bread warmer' for breakfast unless you like burnt croissants.

A very date Premier In but the staff were brilliant and I slept well. It's just not as up to date as most are and the free Wi-Fi is poor at 1mb. The premium Wi-Fi isn't the best but workable and that's £5.00 although the staff were very helpful and gave me a free voucher for the Wi-Fi. The room was warm but I needed an extension to charge my phone close to the bed as they had no USB plugs. I would go again but would prefer it was updated

Hotel did exactly what is supposed to. We weren’t in much as enjoyed Worcester. Small issue on night 1 which the staff resolved instantly and with a smile. All the staff had a smile when we came in and again when we were heading out. The restaurant attached did a fantastic breakfast. Ate like king.

Stayed (luckily)only for one night. We’ve stayed in many premier inns and this is by far the most dated, tired and quite frankly-dirty. Check in was fine. We stayed in a family room which was tiny in comparison to the rooms we’ve stayed in as a couple which was disappointing. Tv was even more disappointing as it was so tiny we could barely see it. We tried to run a bath and had to drain the water away as the water stunk and was a yellow-ish colour Dared to wander over to the restaurant, met by relatively happy, polite staff. Drinks took ages to arrive once ordered (both times), the meals themselves are pathetic if I’m honest. Myself and my partner just looked at each other when ours arrived and couldn’t believe the portions. My son ordered pancakes off the kids menu and it was literally a tiny pancake cut into 4 pieces…the menu states “pancakes” as in plural…but you only get one tiny one! Needless to say we went back to our room after having spent £90 and ate the snacks we’d bought with us thank god. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We have stayed in many premier inns before, this is by far the most dated, tired and quite frankly-dirty. Check in was fine, we stayed in a family room which was small, we’ve stayed in double rooms twice the size of this before so quite surprised that a family room is this size. The the tv was pathetic, we’ve never seen such a small screen in any premier inn before so this was a massive disappointment. The radiator in the room was battered and smelt. We attempted to run a bath but unfortunately the water stank and was yellow. Good job we were only here for the one night. We wandered over to the restaurant for tea, staff were friendly, however as previous reviews have mentioned, a little unorganised. We waited quite a while for drinks, the meals themselves were tepid and very small portions. Again, quite disappointing. My son ordered pancakes for his dessert and you can imagine our (not so)shock when one tiny pancake cut up into 4 pieces arrived. Note that the menu states “pancakes” not “one pancake cut up into pieces”. We ordered a second round of drinks which took ages and was wrong. Overall, wouldn’t come back, cost us nearly £90 for the 4 of us and left still hungry.

A good cheap bed for the night and the food was fine. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Only thing I woulda, for a relatively modern hotel there were no usb charging points but really that was all. Breakfast self serviced with options for veggies. Evening menu was good and we liked the food.

Stayed here recently and was disappointed. The hotel, located just off the M5, is looking quite tired and in need of some attention. The adjoining pub (no longer a Beefeater) is also quite run-down, with all the branding removed, making it feel abandoned rather than welcoming. The room was uncomfortably warm, even for February, which made sleeping difficult. Breakfast was overpriced and not worth the money—poor quality food and a restaurant that felt neglected. Overall, it seems like this place has seen better days. Wouldn’t rush back.
