My husband and I arrived at the Inn at Warm Springs for a two-night honeymoon stay. Our first night, my husband began running a temperature of 102. Urgent Care - tested positive for Covid. We decided to cancel our stay. I asked if there was any possibility of being refunded and was told to deal with the third party I had booked through. I had called the number on the Inn's website to book, so this was still not making sense to me. BookOnline contacted the Inn and were told no refund given. I decided to write the Management, sent copies of the Covid test, copy of the email from the third party. Jarek cited third party cancellation policies. I expressed my disappointment, he called me deplorable for asking for something I'm not entitled to, he did all he could do. I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. Apparently, it would have been in our best interest to stay there and infect his staff and other travelers.
