Staff were great , unfortunately the air conditioning was off in the entire hotel and lifts out of order which was no fun on the 7th floor in 30 degrees

Generally clean
Every place is pricey in London these few weeks my choice of this place came from the fact that this is half an hours bus ride from Olympia where I needed to be for work and is cheaper than hotel around Olympia

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The meals were delicious and nicely prepared, offering a variety of options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a clean environment. However, the only downside was the lack of power outlets near the bed, which made charging devices inconvenient. Despite this small issue, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others. The friendly staff and great service made the trip even more pleasant.
