Must love dogs at this property because you will definitely be greeted by Lola, a spunky little Rat Terrier and her lovely human parents.If you have a trailered boat under 25’, bring it along because Wareham Marina and boat ramp are right in the neighborhood! Yes, Buzzards Bay is accessible but with bridge restrictions, so message me with any questions. Wareham is the “Gateway to the Cape” so there are lots of town and public beaches you’ll have access to! This home is centrally located, about a 7 minute drive to downtown Wareham and Wareham Crossing for shops and restaurants AND to quaint little Marion in the other direction. Plenty of walking trails, playgrounds, clam shacks and shopping close by. Or head to the Cape! You’ll be at the bridge in about 15-20 minutes.
