Friendly reception, nice clean room, wonderful shower, very comfortable mattress. I slept like a rock. Good location. Foodwise and service: great breakfast, helpful, friendly staff making yummy omelettes. I had dinner here last evening and it made me very happy 😋 I have to go and check out now 👋😢

The hotel, stay, was good for 1 night and business trip. Longer stay? Depending on purpose. Reception and breakfast was nice and good. Location of the hotel; near Park and Exhibition/Sports accomodation Beds; good Bathroom and facilities; good Personal attention and Reception: good. No : Swiming pool Ground level, nice Restaurant option, but loud and trendy music.

Such a bad experience: no soul no passion, just money ! Simple people working there are trying to do their best. Owner of the hôtel doesn't care. Christmas decoration ? A paper tree. Heating in the room ? 19,0°. Hairdryer, not at all. Chance to have a coffee or a tea in the room ? Nothing. Small lunch, sorry closed. People at the reception are obliged in unhealthy situation, more than only cold. Sad sad hôtel.

Extremely overpriced, and the hotel is not ready - sockets and lights were literally falling off the wall, there is nothing in the shower area to place products; the staff are nice but inefficient and unprofessional, most of them were quite confused half of the time.

My stay at the Parkhotel was excellent. The front desk attendant, a waregem native, was very helpful and accommodated an unexpected early check-in. The premises were clean and the room was a great value. The location is conveniently located near the center of town and made for a great place to walk around and explore town.

Friendly welcome, the receptionist explained to me the facilities of the hotel, the opening hours of the bar and the restaurant. A beautiful, spacious room with large bed and minibar, walk-in shower and desk. In the evening it was pleasantly busy in the bar, the food in the restaurant was very good: friendly and prompt service, the main course came a little too early because my aperitif had not yet finished. L'hôtel est quasi neuf, joli, pratique... L'accueil a été courtois, le soir le bar/restaurant offre un choix limité de plats mais l'ambiance est bonne et l'accueil agréable par celui qui paraissait être le responsable avec qui nous avons échangé moitié en français, moitié en néerlandais . Donc... rien à redire jusque là. Par contre, la chambre présentée comme 'supérieure' est pauvrement équipée (aucun moyen pour se préparer une boisson chaude par ex) et - surtout! - au moment du coucher, en voulant prendre une boisson dans le mini bar... nous nous apercevons qu'il n'existe tout simplement plus et que les boissons sont déposées à la va-vite dans l'armoire! (des cannettes, sans verre ou autre, même pas rangées correctement). Nous ouvrons une bouteille d''eau, j'en bois une gorgée... elle est forcément tiède! A minuit... rien à espérer! Le lendemain, au départ, nous signalons l'absence du mini bar ainsi que notre mésaventure à la réception. Nous recevons de - tièdes - excuses mais... on exige de nous le paiement de la bouteille d'eau entamée!!! Sur une note de plus de 250 euros restaurant compris, la somme (3,50 euros) est négligeable mais commercialement parlant, comment comprendre la démarche??? Malgré notre insistance - de pure forme - pour ne pas payer ce supplément (alors qu'à la limite nous pourrions demander une réduction du prix de la chambre qui n'offrait pas le minibar promis), la réceptionniste a tenu sur sa position... et nous avons payé, ne voulant pas perdre un temps supplémentaire... Nous nous demandons encore si le fait que nous soyons francophones n'a pas joué dans son comportement (finalement , nous discutions en anglais) A part ça, le petit déjeuner est de faible qualité (la plupart des produits tels que le jus de fruit sont de niveau premier prix) et l'accueil de la préposée au petit déjeuner assez limite. Manifestement , elle non plus n'apprécie pas trop les francophones: même quand nous lui parlons dans un néerlandais certes perfectible, elle aime nous montrer qu'elle maitrise mieux son français que nous sa langue... Bref... sensation peu agréable d'être mal accueilli dans son propre pays alors que partout ailleurs en Europe nous ne ressentons pas cette gêne... Aussi bien sur Tripadvisor que sur le site sur lequel nous avons réservé, la direction de l'hôtel ne semble pas répondre aux avis... Dommage! Si l'hôtel fonctionne bien comme ça, tant mieux pour eux! mais cela dénote encore une fois un manque de professionnalisme et une approche client absolument nécessaire de nos jours...
