BEWARE! SCABIES/BED BUGS !!! My daughter got scabies at this hotel. The manager Ali will not refund her credit card. He ignorantly told me she got bugs from the atmosphere or walking through a field. He LIED to me and said my daughter told them when she checked out, that there were bugs in the room. She never did that. He said they sprayed the room with pesticides and no one else got bugs that stayed afterwards. He is not a decent human being, STAY ELSEWHERE.

Best hotel we have stayed in
Would like to say I travel to this location several times a year. Normally we stay at another hotel but it was booked. So we choose Best Western. Hands down the best hotel. It smelled fantastic, was so clean I looked for dirt and was calm and peaceful. Thanks to the incredible hospitality of all those that work hard to make this hotel one to remember.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the wi-fi signal was quite weak and it took my computer two hours to finally get a good connection. The problem is not with my computer, as I had no issues at an other hotels. The safe was not working and I had to unplug the refrigerator as it was making excessive noise.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. It was clean and bright; the staff were very friendly and approachable. The breakfast was very good. Our room was clean and had no odors. We had a problem with the TV in our room and reported it to the front desk. Within minutes the maintenance department arrived and corrected the problem. Awesome service.
