Did not honour my booking. Voucher from Trip.com advised to arrive after 2pm. Reception closed at 1pm on the Sunday. Due to me not calling prior, they didn't hold my booking. This request was not on the voucher for the booking.
Did not answer my call and have since told me I should have called the emergency mobile number.
Woeful service. Happy to take you money though.
Don't use Trip.com either

We have no parking space,no WiFi.
The price shows on this app should include parking space and WiFi as well.
When we check out next day, I asked reception stuff.
She said: when you check in do you ask us?
In my experience, these information should let us know when we check in, if no you can give some WiFi information in the room.
They have smart tv but we can’t use smart tv in the room cause no WiFi connection.
After check in we go straight to having dinner, problems come back when we arrive hotel.
In that moment we can’t contact with reception, cause they already close.
We parking in a bit far from hotel, weather is very windy and cool, we haven’t been treated well by this reasonable price.
This is my experience in this hotel, a bit disappointed.

Three adults were in Melbourne for a family function. The apartment facility we stayed at was excellent. We must have had a good day, because, despite reading other reviews, we did NOT experience any issues whatsoever (apart from Internet voucher expirying after 24 hrs) We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was neat, clean and tidy. Yes, car parking was awkward with the entry "fob reader" on the passenger side of the vehicle and on a "down sloping" ramp. Need a good handbrake. We ate out so did not require use of cooking facilities of which there were plenty of utensils. Knox Shopping Centre is "reno mode"... Dont go there it is a mess....!

Great place to stay, gym and pool and sauna was awesome after a long drive.
Accom was clean and modern and walking distance to many great restaurants and bars
