同城旅遊特別訂酒店不好，原本是要去萬寧參加音樂節，後面海南刮颱風，航班輪渡停航，店家不給取消，也不給更改入住日期，這種特殊情況，還要拿規則來壓人，店家根本沒有人情，那天就直接空一天，浪費一天房錢，雖然同程補償100，但是還是覺得很氣，客服一直拿第三方來説是，多次溝通無效

在首創奧特萊斯附近 海南臻園 停車也不收費 我們住的是一層 有兩個衞生間 三個卧室 北方人最受不了的就是感覺被子潮呼呼的 摸着就感覺是濕的 可能是氣候問題 環境還不錯 跟圖片一樣 其次就是南方的大蟑螂真的看着讓人發麻 有招兒處理的話還是處理一下

酒店在別墅小區裏。旁邊奧萊很方便，從海口過來做高鐵到蓮花站會更近一些

還行吧，住這裏一定要開車，要不然太不方便，離石梅灣挺遠的，開車10十幾分鐘左右，附近吃飯也不太方便
