服務：有一對一的管家服務，和我對接的管家是小娜，響應速度及處理問題的速度都沒話説，服務非常到位!
環境：感覺這個酒店最大的賣點就是步行至沙灘的距離非常短，這點很棒! 但是要去左右兩邊的泳池就變得路程很長，有利有弊。
設施：泳池的服務很好，有免費的浮板（有些酒店還需要租費）還有一些漂浮船可以直接用。
衞生：海灘回房間的路途能多幾個沖腳的地方就好了，第一次不熟悉直接回房沖洗把浴室弄的很臟

設施：沒話説，泳池，沙灘，晚上的粉紅酒吧，還有很多親子項目
衞生：很乾凈，保潔一天打掃2次，還用毛巾折了大象，很有愛
環境：威斯丁不愧是性價比之王，大門氣派，綠植覆蓋很多
服務：有一對一專門的管家，Alice管家有什麼事都秒回幫你解決問題，臨走還送了伴手禮

感謝石梅灣威斯汀管家 Alice，從入住前就和我聯繫，入住當天因為去的早還沒有空房，管家特地幫我備註，第一時間有房間出來給我預留並通知入住。期間給我推送附近景點、購物、吃飯以及酒店入住等等各類訊息。全方位保障出行。中秋出行到海南人不多，價格也相對便宜，還有這麼棒的服務體驗，真的是情緒價值拉滿🤙😊

酒店送了旅拍特別好 拍了美美的照片而且拍完照也不會非讓你選多的照片 就是泳池太少了 而且池子都很小 要是能多點泳池就好了
