房間設施比較清新，日式風格，符合預期。管家楊Anna 主動聯繫我，問了我一些特殊需求，還根據我的訴求幫我主動升級成了連通家庭房。前台帥哥的態度也非常友善，很專業。相比神州半島喜來登的服務人員來説，水準標準，符合預期。酒店的花園有兔子，孔雀，鴕鳥，小朋友比較喜歡。
酒店贈送的下午茶，份量挺大的，品類也豐富，非常滿意。房間還有專門的小童拖鞋和小童專用的洗漱用品，也配備了成年人的沙灘鞋，非常的周到，建議把吹風機換成戴森（仁恆皇冠海棠灣）或者平替的徠芬（亞特蘭蒂斯）或者追覓，這樣客户洗完頭髮或吹乾泳衣的體驗會更好，下次到興隆還會考慮住這家酒店。
設施：比較新，插座多，方便，電視節目也多
衞生：很好，唯一不足就是鴨毛味兒重，羽絨被不適合海南這種潮實天氣，而且被芯顏色不潔白，能改進就好啦。

The Mermaid Theme Hotel is very beautifully designed, from the lobby to the guest rooms, the beds, quilts and pillows are all very comfortable; walk 100 meters directly to the beach, and just strolling on the beach is a pleasure. Very quiet and clean~
