新酒店，較大，房間設施不錯。但能聽到隔壁聲音。
問題1. 二月一號早上把卡鎖房間了，大概8點多告知前台 身份訊息後後補卡，前台説已經補過了一張卡…想問下 哪天幾點補的，誰補了我房間的卡？怎麼核實身份證的？大過年的，不想罵人。
問題2.房間馬桶沖水太大，直接沖到屁屁。
問題3.早餐9點結束，逼着顧客起早去逛菜市場麼？咖啡機是壞的，牛奶是冷的，樣式太少，也沒有望江特色。

這麼多年來，所有網絡平台上的第一次差評。
白瞎了“開元”兩個字。
硬件設施不評，除了淋浴房設計的極度不合理（沖淋水外溢嚴重），之外，沒有更大問題。
但是軟件，還不如小旅館：
床上居然有頭髮！！！
電話前台，態度無所謂的樣子。我説請客房部經理過來看一下，
等了很久，來了個打掃衞生的客房人員
除了把床單重換，
之後
沒有任何説法。
也許對於酒店來講，衞生問題實在無須引起重視吧！
另外，定的豪華江景房。請看圖片的窗外：江在哪兒？
還有一件事：去洗衣房洗衣，電話前台有沒有洗衣液，説有，並讓服務員送來。人後來來了，遞給我5ml包裝的簡易袋，我説太少了，工作人員説一個房間衹給一包。要了半天，才又多給了兩包。簡直了！這麼點東西，住客還多拿你？

很好，裝修很新，前台也特別好，看到我們帶着孩子，主動給了一些優待。位置不錯，對面就是雲珠商場，超市商場遊樂場都很齊全。
