Un bien bel hôtel décoré de meubles anciens dans un univers très romantique et accueillant. Hôtel très calme. L’ensemble du personnel est au petit soin, souriant et efficace. Cet hôtel est situé au centre de Wangen et vous pourrez aussi stationner devant l’hôtel ou alors pas très loin à côté. Notre chambre était assez vaste et confortable. Le pommeau de douche (chambre 54) était un peu « fatigué » et devrait être changé. Nous avons passé 2 nuits et nous reviendrons assurément. Le petit déjeuner est en libre service avec un choix sucré-salé. Pour la direction : Le café est un peu léger et devrait être expresso À bientôt !

Pas de chance! Le pommeau de la douche était défectueux au point que prendre simplement une douche est devenu un problème. La TV ne fonctionnait pas non plus.. Bref même si l'hôtel est plutôt romantique, Je ne peux pas admettre que la direction ne considère pas ces problèmes de confort de base. L’hôtel reste romantique, La chambre 54, un peu moins… Pour la direction : nous avons passé 2 nuitées du 31 décembre au 2 janvier 2025.

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und einer perfekten Chefin. Wünche werden gern und überzeugend erfüllt und der Gast kann sich wie zuhause fühlen, wenn er möchte. Zentraler Standort.

Zimmer sind sehr alt. Genauso die Bäder und Toiletten. Hygienisch ist das nicht. Es richt unangenehm. Die Betreiber sind sehr unfreundlich. Insgesamt gesehen das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich in den letzten Jahren war.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt. Persönliche und freundliche Ansprache ist dort selbstverständlich. Empfehlung. Saubere Zimmer und mit der frühstücksfee gaby beginnt ein guter Tag.
