Himalayan Dragon's Nest Hotel

The location is beautiful and peaceful - overlooking a river and with stunning views!. Our accommodation was lovely, and comfortable. The food was delicious with very nice food for both breakfast and dinner. The waitresses were so helpful and professional and we were really well looked after. All the staff - cleaning girls, reception were smiley and helpful. I would love the opportunity to stay here again in this lovely hotel and beautiful country!

This resort next to the river is very well maintained. The best part is that AC is now installed and working fine in both hot and cold modes. The intercom and WiFi are also functioning well. The people here—they are so friendly and always have smiling faces. Best of luck!

I booked the stay for 2 nights at this hotel, but I left just staying after 1 night. Eventually, my money was wasted as I had to book another hotel. No AC in rooms, no switch to connect phone chargers, no switch for tea kettle, small rooms, no intercom, dirty washrooms, broken switch boards, AC not working in lobby and restaurant and lastly no maintenance at all. Even the basic things like water bottles were not in stock. The manager is least bothered about maintaining the property and giving services to the customers. This property is totally a mess. The only good thing was staff and food at this hotel. Everything else was worse.

No facilities. Manager least bothered about your issues. No intercom to contact reception. You are expected to walk down to the reception for any and everything. No power points in the room to charge phones. You are supposed to take out TV and table lamp plugs and use those points. Horrible.
