A very nice please to live in Bhutan. Their inclination toward art and the decorative things using painting and motivational quotes is heart touching the staff is very caring and compassionate. I recommend everyone visiting this place to stay here.

Excellent Indian food.Amazing hospitality.Amazing ambiance,free wifi.Benita and her whole staff was very very very good. Location and view is very nice. We had lunch there on our way to Timphu. The restaurant was decorated well. The buffet was great and plenty of choices. Because we were there late, chef made for us a special dish n addition. The waitress was very polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

This hotel is certainly not up to 4-star standards — it feels more like a 2-star property. The rooms are quite basic, and the bathroom was extremely minimal. In my room, the toilet flush wasn’t working properly. I called the front desk three times before a maintenance person finally came, only to tell me that I’d need to wait 30 minutes between each flush — which, unfortunately, didn’t solve the issue. The food was mediocre at best, and overall, the hotel seemed poorly maintained. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

This hotel is definitely not up to 4-star standards—more like a 2-star experience. The rooms are poorly furnished, and the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. My toilet flush wasn’t working, and despite calling for assistance three times, no one came to fix it. The food quality was disappointing, and the place felt unclean. The only positive is the nice view, but that alone doesn’t make up for the rest. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Having stayed at wonderful hotels of all grades in Bhutan this unit was a huge disappointment. Food poor and rooms v basic . Our room had white tape across gaps in the door and the toilet bowl was cracked. Towels were old. Shower hot water was poor albeit hand basin was ok! Our travelling group also had problems with either toilets not working or hot water issues

Superb property. Beautiful location. Extremely courteous staff. Kids friendly hotel. Sumptuous breakfast spread. Well located. Rooms are well stocked and spacious. Enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Kids enjoyed interacting with the staff.

The service was excellent. The room had all the amenities required. Food was good and the staff were very kind . They were very attentive and gave us the rooms requested. Location of lobesa is facing the valley and the rooms are huge . It is sad we stayed only 1 night .

Very big hotel room with an attached balcony. Balcony is with a view of paddy fields down. The hotel is situated on the main road heading to Phobjikha. The staff enquired about our food choices and made arrangements accordingly. We had green vegetables like spinach from local market. As per our request, they prepared it.
