위치는 고즈넉하게 즐길 수 있는 곳. 시설은 보통으로 깔끔한 편이나 출입문 및 베란다 문의 보안 장치가 허술한 것이 단점.
주위에 식당 등 음식점이 부족. 최근에 생긴 양푼이 동태탕집은 아주 청결하고 맛집으로 소문이 나도 전혀 이상하지 않은 집.
