Ridiculously hot in the room the whole time. Window open and fan going the whole time I was out, got back at midnight and still way too hot to get any sleep in that room.

房間很小，一個人住一晚睡一覺就走OK，沒有電梯，拿着大行李的建議另外找地方。房間都是在馬路邊，很吵。有一個值得表揚的就是早餐還行。交通也不方便。開車的沒有停車位。

This hotel was for me personally a very good choice. I our times is hard to find hotel whiteout booking..Here is good area , good connection to go around London, nice people working here. I hope that my message is helpful I the future for the travellers who are coming here.

Whilst the staff were accommodating in checking us in late at night, our room smelt strongly of cigarettes (especially the bathroom) and the inboard fan did not work properly. When this was raised with the hotel staff, they were unwilling to assist us or provide any compensation for providing with us with an unkept and smelly room.
