There was no disabled facilities within the room. A bath tube was installed which was inaccessible for disabled persons. No bathing facilities such as special sitting facilities and moveable shower was equipped. The room should not be classified as Disabled Accessible Room!

What a dump! Bedroom furniture is falling apart. Mould behind bathroom taps. No walk in shower but climb over the bath. Everything looks grubby and tired. Lenny Henry would be ashamed to promote this place. Despite all the above the staff have done their best to try and help.

Had a brilliant stay with my husband for our anniversary..room was exceptionally clean and staff were amazing..Courtney (house keeper) was very polite and cleaned our room to the highest standard Will definitely stay again.. 5*

Had a really pleasant 2 night stay at premier inn Waltham abbey…. All staff are really helpful and polite. Housekeeper Courtney went above and beyond and done a very professional clean of the room for our 2nd night stay. Would 100% recommend staying here.

We came and stayed at this hotel when we arrived we was greeted by the hotel manager Gitana who was very helpful and polite she even gave my youngest some colouring sheets in case they got bored in the room. We stayed here for 2 nights and a big thank you to Courtney for doing a good job cleaning our room for us who offered us fresh towels, tea and coffee ect. Breakfast is a 10/10 and the lovely Nicola greeted us with smiles and friendly conversations both mornings when we came down for breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel very late but the receptionist Melcy was very friendly and helpful towards us. She helped us carry our luggage to our room as it was just me and my kids. The breakfast was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.
