Phoenix House Apartments

Nothing was as described Upon arrival we discovered the carpark was not secure overnight it was left open The entrance had food which looked like bits of shredded chicken on the floor The kitchen tap was hanging off so could not be used I messaged the owner immediately to which he did not reply. THERE WAS NO cleaning products.. shampoo conditioner..fruits...loo roll ..hair dryer Nothing at all was provided to which the owner replied with a call to say he will refund the supplies if we purchase them but later refused. The toilet seat was yellow (previously white) The carpets had stains on them and the bathroom wall had faeces stains on . The shower was covered in mould. The sofa in the living room stunk of **** and had stains embedded from years not just new. The whole apartment looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. One bedroom had no blinds or curtains so my 6 Yr old and baby were unable to sleep. 2 of the beds had broken slats underneath which kept falling out through the night. There was cobwebs on the light and lamp shades. Even the bins had no liners. The owner called to say the cleaner had hurt her back and gone to hospital. But surely looking at the state of the apartment it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The online images at time of booking are definitely old the property looking nothing as described. I booked this for easeand comfort with 2 young children and a newborn baby. This was my first break after giving birth and it has set me back into PND The whole purpose of booking this particular apartment was the facilities etc as its not easy travelling over 140 miles with a newborn and 2 young children Apart from stress there was not much we did
