If there were 10 stars this place would get it. From the moment we arrived at the spa to the point we left every single individual was amazing. It was a spa day for my wife's birthday and it did not disappoint. I had a couture facial and my wife had a massage. My therapist was Jane, she was polite, kind and really experienced. I had a great time conversing. The treatment was not rushed and aftercare was well discussed. I would return for this treatment again. Thank you to the team at Fairlawns and a special thank you to Jane and Brody who were brilliant.

We booked a table for two for a special evening & ordered the lobster plus wine. There were twenty three people in total in the restaurant and we waited so long for everything the staff seemed more interested in talking to people on a corner table whilst everyone else had no drinks no food no attention whatsoever! The food was lovely the service was terrible eventually after asking for a desert menu we waited so long to order we gave up paid & left ! It used to be so great such a shame no one cares let’s just stand around and chat instead of serving customers !

Could not thank the team at Fairlawns enough for all of their support with making our special day so memorable! Starting with Josh our wedding coordinator who was amazing from the get go, always at hand to answer many questions and got every detail spot on. We were able to enjoy the build up to the wedding without stressing the small details! We attended both an open evening and a tasting for our wedding menu, which was so lovely. The hospitality at Fairlawns is amazing. All of the staff on the day were amazing! We had so many comments on how plentiful and tasty the food was, especially the beef blade main course. We will look forward to spending our special anniversaries with Fairlawns in the future and for all newly engaged couples looking for a place to book their wedding venue .. I would highly recommend! Cannot wait to receive our professional photos!

Nice basic room, clean and well equipped. Good shower and bathroom. Good parking. I booked for 4 nights for a midweek break, but I was disappointed that the cost of the room did not include a swim in the pool which would have cost £30 per person per swim. Breakfast was £18, so gave that a miss too. Why no GBNews on the tv.? This is the most popular news channel and while we were staying there, GBNews won the best newscaster and breakfast show in the tric awards.

Had a great stay, from the greeting on the entrance to the waiters, cleaners and spa staff everyone seemed helpful, friendly and went out their way to enhance the experience at the hotel. Very greatful

Visited yesterday as part of a Fathers Day present. Was greeted once again by the friendly Louise at reception,,as well as Justine. Had an all over body massage, and also a pedicure which were both well deserved and received. Thank you again

What can I say but WOW! We had our wedding recently at Fairlawns and the experience from the very beginning from the open day, to booking the date, right through to the wedding day has been nothing but a fantastic experience. Staff have been so warm, friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating throughout our wedding planning journey, right through to the actual day itself, nothing has been too much; including assisting to help with my disabled father. We would like to thank Josh, Hayley, Ryan and ALL of the Fairlawns team including, reception, bar staff and cleaners. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, a mix of modern and traditional and kept extremely clean, tidy with beautiful decor and facilities. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding, you helped to make this a day to remember! Thank-you Fairlawns! We will be coming back every year for our anniversary x
