We had a delightful stay with you! The Christmas decorations were stunning! We loved the tall Christmas tree laden with crystal, red and silver ornaments that greeted us in the beautiful lobby.
And the charming farm-themed photo nook was gorgeous and heartwarming! We also loved the simple but powerful statement of the nativity scene on the grand piano. The soft carols playing in the background were lovely.
The hospitality was wonderful as well! Everyone was so friendly and helpful-especially the two sisters:)!
The breakfast and evening snacks were delicious -especially the Amish cookies with maple frosting!
The rooms were comfortable and clean, although I missed some of the old-fashioned charm with the updates.
We would stay there again in a minute. It was nothing short of magical.

I visited the Carlisle Inn with my teenage daughter for a long weekend. Every staff member that we met was helpful and friendly. The breakfast each morning was hot and fresh. Parking is plentiful. Our room was large and clean. We really enjoyed the chairs on our balcony where we could sit and watch the sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ll start with the staff. The man at the counter was very professional, friendly and helpful. The man working outside spoke and said hello. The cleaning staff is friendly as was the woman putting out the breakfast. We have stayed here before, but did not realize they had 2 bedroom suites. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with another couple. It was perfect! The bedrooms each had their own bath which was lovely. The shared living area with the outdoor deck was perfect for visiting. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, which presented nicely. The hotel just feels much more homey and comfortable than the chains. We have never been dissatisfied with staying here.

The Carlisle Inn is a fabulous place if you are looking for a peaceful and restful experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond for each guest. We were looking for a place to rest and regroup after the holidays and definitely found it at the Carlisle Inn in Walnut Creek!

I want to praise and thank Allison and Jill for their kindness and all their patience they showed to me at the front desk. I had allot of questions about bookings in the future and they went above and beyond to help me and get me scheduled. I wanted to figure out what the best option was to have myself and finance to be in close to my mother in law and Jill worked her magic !! :). I kept asking questions over and over and she quoted me prices and situations to best fit our needs in the future. I just want to say that the Guest Service was top notch !! Allison is always at the front desk when we check in and she’s so sweet and kind. This is why I keep coming back to Carlisle Inn Walnut Creek !! I’ve been in retail management many years and these ladies are what Customer Service is all about.!! Thank you again for your kindness :)

We loved our room, very clean. The view off of our balcony was beautiful. The breakfast was very good as well as the evening snacks. I hope to visit again soon.

This was the first time that we stayed at Carlisle Inn in Walnut Creek. I would say that Carlisle Inn is a step above the Drury Inns.
Our room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was amazing and the area around the Inn is beautifully landscaped. Everything was exceptional!!

It was great place was like staying at a very luxury place the only bad thing was the breakfast no eggs but hard boil
very little to choose from for the price other than that it was great.
