The room is very clean and big enough. There is a door in the room to go out to the inner court for a walk. There is a microwave in the room to heat food. Check-in and check-out at the front desk are also very fast.

It is very convenient to drive five minutes near Choate Rosemary Hall school. The hotel is newly renovated and the parking is very convenient. Overall positive

While I did not spend the night at this hotel (yet), in fact, I hadn't planned on even being here. The entire staff, especially Jay, were simply excellent! I had car trouble and found my self somewhat stranded at this hotel and all the staff were very helpful and accommodating in allowing me to leave my car on property while I finished my work trip in Boston. Jay kindly opened the Bistro early and I was able to have dinner (first meal of the treacherous day) and a drink! He even remembered my drink when I returned the following day. The two ladies at the front desk were also very sweet. The property is immaculate! No doubt that I would have had a peaceful nights sleep here.

Excellent sleep, comfortable bed, decent size clean room. We stayed here for a wedding nearby. Staff check-in was quick and they helped resolve an email issue with family member. We didn't have the breakfast, unsure if it was included or not. The hotel is across the street from another hotel operated by Hilton. That's all that is nearby, I think it's a 5-10 min. drive to a nearby road with restaurants etc. Staff was nice and friendly. Good spot for a night's sleep!

We were here for a wedding in May 2024. It was a great experience. Yes, the hotel is very nice and very clean, but what made it such a great experience was the staff. I heard there were four weddings going on this particular weekend, but the hotel never seemed crowded or chaotic. There were lots of gatherings in the lobby late at night, and staff was helpful, friendly and completely understanding about any special needs or requests. We were checked on while in the lobby to see if we needed anything. Check in was a breeze and we ate and drank in the bistro while there. Food was great and reasonable. Cleaning staff also made it seem like the hotel wasn't crowded at all - and our room was spotless. The staff at this hotel made it an an amazing weekend for us and we would definitely recommend this hotel for any type of event!!

I travel a lot for work and this was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in in quite some time. The staff was friendly and I felt very safe. I was very appreciative of the accommodations and if I’m ever back in the area, will certainly stay again!

I stayed here for one night in Feb 2024. The location was right off the highway however about a 7 minute drive into town. The staff was excellent. However that’s were the positives end. Just walking into the lobby the doors barely opened up to accommodate a suitcase. The hotel is starting to look tired. The bed was clean. The carpet and furniture was not too clean which is unfortunately common in many Courtyards. What was particularly disturbing was the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and tile floor areas. With a big clump of someone’s hair in the bathroom… See attached photos. It’s doubtful I will return.
