Well worth it . Was clean, shower was by far best i have used in any hotel, kitchen was well equipped bed was ok but could of been better .nicely layed out good location easy parking outside .

I managed to acquire the studio room for buttons. Friday to Sunday £123. You expect a bed, en-suite and a tele. No, no, no. This room has a king-size bed adorned with the comfiest duvet. A 50" freeview tv that is set up for Amazon Prime, Netflix etc, just log yourself in. A full kitchen with everything you'd expect a kitchen to have, including washing machine and 2 clothes maidens. Central heating, a private door to the back yard, black out privacy venetian blinds and a bathroom equipped with a double sized walk in shower with tropical power shower and hand held shower for if you have young children, I.E, washing their hair. It is super quiet and peaceful, and nobody bothers you. Plus, there is free wifi throughout in every single room. Next door (40metres-ish is a 24-hour petrol station with every food and beer you need) Next door to that is a Tesco Express, which is open 7am to 11pm 7 days a week. Opposite is a snooker and pool hall with excellent prices, which also has a full bar for beverages. 10/10 for me

If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6, which had s reduced smell of smoke. The fire alarm went off 20 mins later and with no staff on-site I reached out to the contact that sent me the key code details and they asked ME to reset the fire alarm, which when I questioned they said 'it's fine it will be someone smoking in their room. I'll send a member of staff who will be there in 15 minutes' but no one came to check we were ok and so sounds like this is the standard. The kitchen was filthy and not cleaned at all in the week I stayed there. Pots and pans were disgusting, and in short supply - along with everything else - so cooking is pretty much a no go. I spoke to someone staying in the property who told me they had been there for 2 years and told me the boiler was broken which became apparent as the week went on. The room was ok cleanliness wise, bed sheets not great with hairs attached compared to the kitchen ok. The bathroom was gross though. Wish I could write more and attach photos because it was truly truly awful.

Don’t stay here Worst experience of my life! Keys are kept in safes outside but they’d all been stolen so we couldn’t check in. Owner was very unhelpful and we had to leave Liverpool early as could not find other accommodation
