Could not fault the Resort. The Accomodation, Restaurant The Grove, Golf, Ryan in the Golf Pro Shop with his weather forecasting, breakfast recommendations and History lesson was all fantastic. Will definitely be back. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

We stayed in a three bedroom lakefront villa. The accommodation was exactly what I had hope for. Lovely view, clean, good beds. Each room had it's own heatpump/aircon which was great. This was a really good set up for a family. The pool and gym were excellent. Probably the best gym of any place that I have stayed at. We enjoyed using pickleball courts. Nice playground nearby and wildlife around the golf course was stunning. This is the first golf course I have stayed at that did not have a golf pro on site. I had hoped to have a lesson with my teenage children while we were there. The behaviour of some other guests disrupted our stayed. There was no one to contact about this once the golf shop closed at 7pm. Our unit was not serviced during our 6 night stay. No one replaced towels, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags etc. There was also no information in the apartment about how to refresh these things and never anyone on reception while I was there. Apparently someone came on duty at 11am. In summary, a great facility for a family stay. But not five stars because service levels were limited.

Lovely townhouse , modern fittings and living essentials are adequately provided for. We had a golf course/lake fronting unit which was pleasant. Wish the weather was better…biting cold for a near Summertime

The townhouse was comfortable however the general facilities were disappointing. We were not told that the golf course / driving range was shut bc of wet weather and that was the specific reason for the trip. The staff in the resort were not very helpful or friendly either. The other issue was there was no notice that the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay.

Magnificent accommodation, two story town house with 3 large bedrooms. All amenities provided to enable you to cook your own meals. (Bistro also available in main building). Swimming pool and gym also available for use. Great challenging golf course. Carts available for hire and recommend the use of them as quite a distance between greens and tees, and tees to greens. Check the weather conditions before you go, can be very cold and wet even in February

Fantastic, quiet and away from the mad traffic of Melbourne. Very clean, comfortable with everything that you need for a week or more. Nice quiet town (almost) it is easy to forget that it is an outer suburb of Melbourne, but Hidden Valley seems a million miles away.

Staff were great. Lovely accommodation and well maintained, interesting golf course. Highly recommended. Very reasonable package rates for a group. Only problem a bit of a noise issue due to very heavy rain overnight but we were assured that would be attended to.
