The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows. The linens were clean and crisp. The location was ideal for touring the town and visiting the Virginia Horse Center. The breakfast selections were varied and well done, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice staff, clean room. Breakfast is above average for a microwave and serve. Quiet away from highway on a nice area. We would stay again as it is close to area attractions Swimming Pool area needs a deep.cleaning as there is a scum right ring around it.

Conveniently located near the interstate, restaurants, & Walmart. Rooms are very nice, clean, and quiet. Hotel was quiet considering the amount in children that were in the hallways. Bed was extremely comfortable. Price was okay for area. Breakfast was average. The staff was very nice, polite, and friendly.

Avoid this hotel. The desk staff was the rudest I have ever experienced and I travel and stay in hotels 90% of my year.

Out of a 4 day stay, 2 were spent with either no water or very low water pressure. The first room I was assigned had not been cleaned. It took another 15 to assign me a new room and this was my college 50th reunion. The breakfast staff was excellent as was the food.

The rooms are outdated and in a state of disrepair. AC sounded like an alien spaceship (front desk even agreed after hearing a recording) and woke me up several times while sleeping. The sink filled up and took 15 minutes to drain. I switched rooms due to these issues, and the second room’s toilet could barely flush, and the shower made an extremely loud whirring noise that I’m sure woke up anyone in neighboring rooms. Breakfast starts at 7, not the universal standard of 6, so I missed breakfast every day of my 4 night stay. Also, room service is on-demand only. I could understand that policy if it was 2020 or 2021, but it’s 2024. At this price-point, room service should be the standard unless I put up a Do Not Disturb sign. Front desk was nice, but that is the only positive. Assistant manager tried telling me that the plumbing issues were due to a leak the water department found near the hotel, and refused to let me talk to the manager. I’m not a plumber, but I have enough common sense to know that a slow-draining sink is not caused by an underground water leak. Overall this hotel is a disaster, and you’re better off saving half your money and going to a Motel 6 or Econolodge.

Do not stay here. This hotel does not have running water. The management was negligent in their veiled and very faint effort to alert the hotel guests while trying not to deter unsuspecting incoming guests that an impending water shutoff was to occur. This is the 2nd day with a stoppage of water. The water interruption is not the hotel's fault. The extremely weak attempt at announcing the planned shutoff is their fault. Come on, a piece of paper on the front desk is not enough warning, does not alert incoming guests enroute and does not limit their liability. This hotel deserves a ZERO rating. Never again.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay at this Best Western location. The staff was helpful, friendly and polite and worked efficiently with every interaction from making our reservation with a group by phone, requesting a late checkin and checking us in promptly after midnight! The room and hotel overall were well maintained and very clean. The value of our stay far exceeded the cost of our room.

The upper hallway when we arrived was hot and smelled of cooked cabbage! Yuck! This got better the next night and day. Our room did have a nice big balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains z that was my favorite thing about our stay. Breakfast was just ok and should have regular sausage instead of Turkey sausage. All the vending machines for drinks and snacks were empty. This needed attention. Overall just a very average stay.
