Waldorf Astoria has always held a special place in my heart as one of my favorite luxury hotels. My admiration for it began during my first visit to the Grand Brasserie for Sunday Brunch. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was utterly captivated and amazed by its unparalleled grandeur, opulent design, and magnificent decor and furnishings.

Even as a Shanghainese local, I can't resist a weekend stay here. I always opt for a full river-view room. In the morning, as the curtains gently open, with nothing to obstruct the view, I look down through the floor-to-ceiling windows to see the most vibrant S-bend of the Huangpu River extending into the distance. Looking up, the majestic cluster of skyscrapers in Pudong, including the iconic ”Four-Piece Set” (Lujiazui skyline), proudly stand tall. The landmark buildings of the Bund and prime river views are all laid out before you. At night, colorful sightseeing boats crisscross the river, and the buildings shimmer with vibrant, beautiful neon lights, creating a truly magnificent spectacle.

The hotel's service is also exceptional. Coco, Eva, and Katrina, the wonderful staff from the exclusive concierge team, are incredibly warm and attentive. They proactively helped me with my luggage, personally escorted me to my room, and showed genuine care and concern. At the front desk, during check-in and check-out, even when busy with other guests, they would proactively engage with me, help me review my bill first, and minimize my waiting time. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel completely at home, providing a wonderful and seamless experience.

The hotel facilities , staff , and everything are awesome. The food need to improve and give more variety. We ate same menu for breakfast every day during our stay for almost 7 days.

This Waldorf Astoria Hotel is very good! 
It just opened in recent years. It is located in the financial center of Dubai, close to CBD and shopping malls, and half an hour's drive to the airport! 
The hotel has rich facilities, reasonable room layout, and good meals! The most important thing is that I think the service staff are well-trained and good! 
The design is also relatively modern and novel, very good!

A stay that truly exceeded all expectations! Our personal butler, Willow, provided absolutely fantastic service. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout, giving us a thorough introduction to our room. She even added us on WeChat and was always quick to respond! When she learned my child couldn't make it, she thoughtfully prepared a gift for them – what an incredibly sweet and considerate gesture! The view from our window was also absolutely stunning, offering a spectacular city night view. The room's facilities were brand new, the bathroom featured excellent wet/dry separation, and even the toiletries were luxurious. The Cantonese restaurant on the third floor served incredibly authentic and delicious food. Overall, it was an incredibly comfortable and completely stress-free stay – absolutely five stars!

Located at the foot of Beijing's imperial city, the Waldorf Astoria Courtyard Hotel perfectly blends traditional Beijing charm with luxurious services, creating a quiet and peaceful place for guests hidden in the bustling city. The courtyard surrounded by blue bricks and gray tiles, carved beams and painted buildings complement the contemporary art furnishings. In the morning, you can hear the sound of wind chimes on the eaves, and when you return home at night, the stone path has quietly lit up the warm yellow courtyard lights.
The housekeeping team has engraved ”guests first” into the details: Ella took us in and taught us how to use the room card. From serving seasonal cakes and fruits, welcome gifts, to birthday cakes and champagne in the afternoon, Judy also prepared coffee for us, and Xiao Xiong personally brewed coffee for us. Will enthusiastically took the initiative to help us take photos and take luggage for our couple. From adjusting the fragrance of the room according to the weather to secretly recommending the best time to shoot in the corner tower for photography enthusiasts - this oriental hospitality that seems to be able to predict needs has made countless travelers sigh in their comments that ”the service is like a spring breeze, without a trace but appropriate everywhere.” When the morning light of the Forbidden City passes through the courtyard, staying here has already surpassed the accommodation experience and has become a local cultural therapy that awakens the five senses.
