Das Geländer im Schwimmbad müsste gestrichen werden. Die Duschhalterung Zimmer 73 ist defekt. Es war aber sehr schön und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank.

Katastrophale Ferienwohnung Das Bad war 1 x 1 Meter groß, dreckig, die Fließen braun mit Blumen aus den 70er. Die Dusche und Toilette so verdreckt, dass man es nicht nutzen wollte. Die " zwei" Balkons so verdreckt, dass schon das Unkraut 20 cm hoch auf dem Steinboden gewachsen ist. Auf dem völlig verdreckten Sofa wurde nur eine Tagesdecke über die Flecken gelegt. Ich habe mich schon lange nicht mehr so geekelt. Kein Backofen, kein Wasserkocher, winzige Küche im Wohnzimmer integriert. Die Mattratzen waren bestimmt auch schon 30 Jahre alt, so durchgelegen wie die waren! Die ganze Wohnung ohne Liebe eingerichtet. Bei einem 4 **** Hotel und bei dem Preis habe ich wirklich was anderes erwartet. Auch das Frühstück, pro Person 19 € viel zu teuer! WLAN wurde angeboten konnte aber leider nicht Empfangen werden!

Die Zentrale Lage des Hotels mitten in der Stadt ist sehr gut. Keine zwei Minuten zum erreichen der Seilbahn die runter zum der führt. Ca. 800 Meter weiter halten die Schiffe um weiter zur Staumauer zu gelangen oder weiter. Zum Hotel hatte ich viele Bewertungen gelesen und bin auch positiv überrascht von dem Personal. Was ich nicht verstehe sind die vier Sterne. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht. Ich kann nur ein Zimmer beurteilen, die anderen habe ich nicht gesehen. Ganz besonders stört mich ein Duschvorhang ( ungepflegt) im vier Sterne Hotel. Gelesen habe ich auch "in die Jahre gekommen". Das ist richtig. Nicht nur der Pool,Gardinen,Vorhänge,Tresor,Fön (siehe Bild) ist alt auch die Bestuhlung.Diese Übernachtung war enttäuschend. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter haben viel wett gemacht aber es bleibt ein bitterer Nachgeschmack.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, from the wonderful swimming pool complex with a view to the castle, to the knowledgeable and friendly serving staff, breakfast to die for – so much choice and quality, wonderful evening meals, a fantastic location. One could tell it was a well-run hotel with trained staff. We enjoyed the first three days of our German holiday there, and wished we had booked longer – thou our waistlines probably said not! At 178 Euros for B & B it’s not cheap, but very worthwhile. The Edersee area is worth visiting. We’d love to return.

Als je enkele maanden van tevoren een kamer reserveert is het wel zo netjes dat het hotel je op de hoogte brengt van het feit dat er buiten naast het hotel een popconcert wordt gegeven tot 04.00 in de ochtend. En dan precies de 3 dagen dat wij daar verbleven. Geen andere kamers meer beschikbaar die wat rustiger zouden zijn. Volgende dag vertrokken, wel voor 3 dagen moeten betalen. Dat hadden ze iets beter kunnen oplossen.

Wir sind auf unserem Kurztrip wirklich sehr angenehm überrascht worden. Ein tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Immer zur Stelle, sehr flexibel. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Großes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick . Sauber und ruhig. Sehr nette Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant. Auch da war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und extrem aufmerksam. Besonders anmerken möchte ich das Spa. . Ich habe extrem kurzfristig noch einen tollen Massagetermin bekommen. Während der Massage toller Ausblick durch ein großes Fenster aufs Schloss. Kleines feines Schwimmbad, kleiner aber sehr netter Saunabereich. Rundum 10 Punkte für den Aufenthalt .
