Wonderful dessert. Visited with my wife. Excellent customer service. Waiter was beyond exception. Perfectly brewed tea, chocolate orange tort and warm apple pie with scoop of ice cream were more then delicious. Excellent price make this experience perfect! Tourist from Wrocław

Geen kluisje, geen bordjes voor aan de deur. Room service komt ongevraagd elke dag binnen. Waarom, ik weet het niet. Ze trekken het bed slordig dicht, stofzuigen niet. Alles is hier rammelig en rommelig. Het ontbijt ronduit vreselijk. Droog oud brood, waterige joghurtjes die bij de Lidl lijken te zijn gehaald. Onsmakelijk beleg. Eerste kamer had doorgezakt bed en t****e kamer was het bed goed van. Grotere kamer geboekt dan gekregen. Moeten we wel betalen. Bedrading wordt hier geïsoleerd met boterhamzakjes. Geen ontruimingsplan, geen nooduitgang.

Ok rooms, but no AC and the bed was really hard. You could shower in either scorching hot or freezing cold water. Tried the restaurant which had bland food and sadly our server was extremely slow and couldn’t understand anything we said. Surroundings are amazing .

Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji. Jadłem pierogi ruskie i gulasz wieprzowy z plackami. Wszystko podane szybko. Byłem mile zaskoczony. Obsługa dobra. Ładne miejsce. Ogródek zadbany. Nie ma sie do czego doczepić. Restauracja godna polecenia.

Świetna lokalizacja jeśli chcesz zwiedzać zamek , bardzo miły personel no i z plusów to tyle i aż tyle. Do poprawy jest przede wszystkim czystość i to wszędzie!!! oraz jakość serwowanych, karta win nie istnieje, ale za to istnieją wina o ile można je nazwać winami, odradzam próbowanie. Tam , poza kilkoma osobami z personelu, nic nie gra od hotelu po restaurację, brakuje managera i wizji w zarządzaniu tym urokliwym miejscem z ogromnym potencjałem! wszystko stanęło w miejscu i to dawno temu. Bardzo Wam kibicuję ale czas się obudzić, może czas na interwencje Magdy. G.

Bardzo dobre położenie. Niestety pokoje dość zaniedbane a szkoda bo bardzo fajna lokalizacja. Restauracja tuż przy pokoju, niestety menu pozostawiło dużo do życzenia. Bardziej bistro niż restauracja, jedzonka raczej na styl fast good. Miła obsługa i naprawdę super miejsce ale dużo Pracy by było tam naprawdę na poziomie.
